I think the main reason that many companies have lousy customer service is simply because their employees do not know enough about the product or services that is being offered.
How is an employee expected to provide a high level of customer service to a potential or existing customer if they themselves know virtually nothing about the product or service they are trying to...

It’s odd to think that as a parent we are the ones who are responsible for and are supposed to be teaching our children the ways of the world but instead it is quite often our children who are the ones teaching us. So if you are looking for a source of inspiration for anything in your life maybe look to your kids as you may be surprised at just what they can teach...
